My 3x great grandfather Thomas Edwards was publican of the Seven Stars on 25 October 1827 (Proceedings of
the Old Bailey). He later became publican of the
Bull's Head, Jewin Street. I
also believe his grandson (and my great grandfather) Edward Edwards was
publican of Dirty Dick's
Bishopsgate at some time. *
